The fee includes all the course material. Each
course is bound into a three ring notebook or a spiral binder so
that it will become a handy future reference.
Each course is composed of lessons that have a quiz at the end to obtain feedback and to assure that the concepts are understood. Each participant that completes the quizzes for the course will receive a completion certificate.
The grading and returning of the quizzes is handled by extension educators in Nebraska and other states that serve as coordinators for the Beef Basics courses. Many extension staff members promote and work with the Beef Basics courses.
