Library Coordinator

COG National Office, Ottawa

The COG library has over 1500 titles - books, periodicals, tapes, videos, articles, etc. The online catalogue is at www.cog.ca/library - requests are mailed to borrowers across Canada.

The Library Coordinator acquires new items, arranges book reviews, and writes a quarterly column in the COG magazine.

The Library Coordinator also processes library requests and returns, prepares books for mailing and oversees the library assistant(s).

Library Assistant(s)

COG National Office, Ottawa

  • Process library requests and returns
  • Prepare books for mailing
  • Assist with acquisitions and subscriptions

Time Commitment:

  • 3 hours a week / 3 months minimum

Volunteer Program Coordinator

COG National Office, Ottawa

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Canadian Organic Growers Volunteer program
  • Develop materials and implement program items as directed

Minimum requirements:

  • Commitment to professionalism
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • One half day per week
  • 3 month commitment

Office Helper

COG National Office, Ottawa

Make your own volunteer experience with us! We have lots of ideas and lots of work to get done (office greening initiatives, public outreach campaigns, member relations, etc).  Join us!
