Note: Although federal grant proposals must now be submitted through Grants.gov and/or NOAA's Grants OnLine, researchers submitting proposals through Oregon Sea Grant do not need to do that themselves; if your proposal makes it through our competitive review process, we will take care of the federal submission requirements for you.

- Photos: Sea Grant Communications maintains a large and growing digital database of photographs that are available for use by program faculty and staff. The database is not on line at this time, but you may contact Rick Cooper if you are seeking specific images or need a general idea of what we have.
- Photo release form - for use when you plan to publish or otherwise use photos of recognizable people
- E-mail lists: Sea Grant maintains a number of electronic mailing lists through OSU's mailman list server. For information about setting up a new list, contact Pat Kight.
- NEW: Breaking Waves, a blog for announcing new publications and videos, research and fellowship opportunities, grant deadlines, meetings and workshops and other Sea Grant news.

University documents and forms
- ONID (OSU Network ID) - All faculty, staff and students are entitled to free ONID accounts, including e-mail and space to build your own Web site. Increasingly, you need an ONID username and password to log in to the university's online services.

New central repository for downloadable OSU forms for many tasks, including:

Forms are available in multiple formats (Word, Excel, .pdf, etc.); some require ONID login to download.
