Words From Alumni

"I would like to share with all women that if you have been afraid to try any of
the  programs BOW offers you should just do it.  Whatever apprehensions you
have will be gone in the first few hours. The instructors are incredible and the
women are all so friendly.  We are all on equal ground; you wont feel
     intimidated."

"This was the most rewarding experience I have ever participated in."

"Many questions were asked and answered and there wasn't one
person who felt intimidated by their lack of knowledge."

"The quality of instruction was outstanding"

"Good program, good food, good friends."

"I can't believe what this weekend did for my self esteem."
