Development impact fees are one-time charges applied to offset the additional public-service costs of new development. • Clean Ohio Fund Agricultural Easement Purchase Program 

All of the details regarding the new Agricultural Easement Purchase Program are at this new site of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, Farmland Preservation Office. It includes the Applicant Handbook, application form, ranking system, sample local government resolution, initial site visit form, present condition report sample, deed of agricultural easement sample, agreement of sale, and annual monitoring report sample.  For more details regarding the program contact the ODA Office of Farmland Preservation at 614-728-6211.
