EEO Critical Performance Element On April 11, 2002, the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management (OEODM) and the Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) distributed separate EEO Critical Performance Elements for Managers and Supervisors hired under SES, SBRS and Title 42 appointments and Code 2. In an effort to assist your Executives, Managers and Supervisors in interpreting these performance objectives, we have developed general guidelines for the elements. We are asking for your assistance in electronically sharing these documents with the IC staff covered by the elements.
