Steps for Evaluating Change
Evaluation should be a part of workplace changes
from the start, through the process of finding an idea, trying it,
testing to see if it results in positive outcomes, and if it does,
adopting it. You can evaluate a plan or idea for change just as
well as you can evaluate the actual change. Evaluation isn’t
necessarily expensive or complicated. Here are four steps to follow:
