2008 Myanmar Cyclone

On May 3, 2008, Cyclone Nargis slammed into Myanmar, leaving widespread destruction across a region that is home to 24 million people–nearly half the country’s population. Oxfam has joined forces with partner organizations to rush essential aid to more than 200,000 survivors.
