ENTRANCE FEES

Private vehicle - $10.00 - good for 7 consecutive days at all entrances to the park.

Pedestrian/Cyclist - $5.00 - good for 7 consecutive days at all entrances to the park.  Admits one individual when entering by foot, bicycle, or motorcycle. Individuals 16 years old and younger are admitted free of charge.

Everglades National Park Annual Pass - $25.00 
Valid for twelve months from the date of purchase, for unlimited visits to the park. It admits the purchaser and any accompanying persons in a single, private, non-commercial vehicle, or the purchaser and accompanying immediate family (spouse, children, parents) when entry is by other means (bicycle, foot, and boat).

Commercial Tour - Entrance fees are charged based on the seating capacity of the vehicle.

Motorcoach (26 or more passengers) - $200
Minibus (16-25 passengers) - $100
Van (17-15 passengers) - $75
Sedan (1-6 passengers) - $25

CAMPING

FEES

Frontcountry Camping Fees at park campgrounds - $16.00 per night

Backcountry Camping Fees (You will be issued a required Permit for these remote areas of the park):
$10.00 per permit plus $2.00 per person per night - Maximum 14 days.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for backcountry chickees are not available.  You must register and receive a backcountry camping permit at either the Gulf Coast or Flamingo area of the park no more than 24 hours in advance.  Rangers will assist campers with availability, generally even during the busy season there will be sites available. 

Sites are available in the Long Pine Key Campground on a first-come, first-serve basis only.  Reservations are not accepted.

Reservations are accepted at the Flamingo Campground, and are strongly recommended.  Reservations can either be made online or by calling 1-877-444-6777 (International: 518-885-3639).

Did You Know?
Around 15 federally threatened and endangered species reside within the boundaries of Everglades National Park. Sea turtles, crocodiles, and West Indian Manatees (pictured left) are but a few of these.
