U.S. Secretary of Commerce Don Evans will speak at the Houston World Affairs Council’s Annual Award Luncheon on Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at the Hotel Intercontinental. Secretary Evans will be presented with the Jesse H. and Mary Gibbs Jones International Citizen of the Year award by the World Affairs Council and serve as the keynote speaker.
