Secretary Evans will join Under Secretary of Education Eugene W. Hickok and National Science Foundation Director Rita Colwell at a press conference to announce a compilation of visions prepared by leaders in industry, academia and government on how emerging technologies might be harnessed to revolutionize the education and training landscape.

Thursday September 19th
Secretary Evans and Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge will host the National Homeland Security Expo. The Expo will allow high tech companies from across the nation to showcase and demonstrate America’s most cutting-edge security technology products to federal, state and local government procurement officials.
