Of Special Interest to Pharmacists

Thank you for visiting The University of Arizona College of Pharmacy.

You may be one of our 3,000 alumni, and know us well. Or perhaps you have never been to Tucson or our Arizona Health Sciences Center campus. In either case, we hope you will explore this Web site and learn something new about us.

Here are some areas that may be of special interest to you.

Continuing Education
The college presents a variety of continuing education programs in Tucson and other locations--review our upcoming programs for pharmacists and industrial scientists, and come back often to see what's new.

Become a Preceptor
Ever consider guiding a student pharmacist into the profession? The College of Pharmacy seeks practicing pharmacists to provide clinical rotation experiences for fourth-year PharmD students--find out more about the benefits to being a preceptor.

History of Pharmacy Museum
If you have not been to our campus, you've never seen our collection of bottles, original drug containers, books, store fixtures and artifacts from Arizona drug stores circa 1880 to 1950. Take a virtual tour of the museum housed in the College of Pharmacy building and see what you recognize from the past.

Research Centers
More interested in the future than the past? Faculty and students at the College of Pharmacy are engaged in a broad spectrum of research. Find out more about their work by reviewing sites about our research centers, or by browsing the biographical sketches of the faculty listed by name in our directory.
