Scholarships



DDP Scholarship

The DDP Student Government (ASWSU-DDP) has established scholarships for new or continuing students seeking their degree online from WSU DDP. The deadline to apply for fall scholarships is June 1 and the deadline for spring scholarships is November 1. Apply today.



University-wide scholarships

You may be eligible for more than 700 different scholarships offered through WSU. Scholarships are based on financial need, academic merit, talent, and/or community involvement. Apply by January 31 at www.finaid.wsu.edu/scholar.



Awards

Resident and non-resident undergraduate students may be eligible for an Academic Achievement Award. These awards are based upon your previous academic performance, and you must apply for admission to the Distance Degree Programs by January 31.

Resident undergraduate students may also be eligible for a Special Talents/Diversity Award. These awards are granted based upon your personal statement responses, financial need, academic performance, leadership, and/or special talents. All students who apply for admission to WSU are considered for these awards. You will be notified upon admission if you receive one of these awards.

Check with your academic college or department, within your community, and on the Internet for other scholarship opportunities. In addition, the WSU Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarship Services can help identify scholarship opportunities for which you may qualify.
