Revised Oregon Adminstrative Rules for the Business Energy Tax Credits went into effect on June 20, 2008. These rules include provisions for renewable energy resource equipment manufacturing facilities passed by the special Oregon Legislature in February 2008 in House Bill 3619. These rules replace the March 21, 2008 rules.
