The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources has created a Fishing in Neighborhoods (FINS) program to bring good fishing close to home.  We stock five lakes located in Louisville, north Kentucky, and the Frankfort area five times throughout the year to give families and children somewhere to fish.
