Food Safety & Nutrition
Alice is a registered dietician. She is responsible for the areas of Food Safety and Nutrition. As part of her work to extend UNL's resources to Nebraskan's, Alice is responsible for the award-winning Food Web site. Alice has developed outstanding resources which are accessible to consumers and used by other educators and health professionals. Nationally, Alice is routinely asked to serve as a reviewer and to speak at conferences.
Home Environment
Lorene is responsible for the Healthy Homes & Home Environment Pogram areas. She works with clothing & textiles, indoor air quality, consumer education, energy conservation, waste reduction and more. Lorene coordinates the Family & Community Education Club Program. She writes a weekly article for the Lincoln Journal Star. She presents to both youth and adult audiences.
Family Living
Maureen is working in the area of Families and supporting Community Leadership. She is involved with Parent's Forever (educational programs for divorcing families), Guardianship, Strengthening Families and much more.
Community Leadership
In addition to his duties as unit leader, Gary provides additional support to the area of Community Leadership.
Support
Pam provides support to the areas of Foods, Home Environment, Family and Community Leadership.
