U.S. Commerce Secretary Don Evans will join Secretary of State Colin Powell to address the Conference on the Role of Public-Private Partnerships in the Global Fight Against HIV/AIDS. The conference is sponsored by the Secretary of State's Open Forum. The mission is to strengthen public-private partnerships by heightening awareness of the key role of the private sector in the global fight against HIV/AIDS.
