There are two methods of submitting an Application (PD100)
to the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
1) You may obtain an application from the State's Department
of Administrative Services HERE.
2) You may obtain a paper application from your local Employment Division
At Agriculture, we ask that if you complete method (1) above that you
email the completed application to our jobs mailbox
jobs@oda.state.or.us. For either electronic submisssion process,
you will be asked to sign the PD100 when you arrive if you are selected
for an interview.
If you complete a paper PD100, either mail or FAX the completed form
