BORROW A BOOK, ANNUAL REPORT OR ANNUAL REPORT INDEX
You must be either a NNGA or NAFEX member or become a member to borrow a book. You may request membership from this form.
You may borrow up to two books at a time.
Cost of Postage for Library Books*
Category 1 - Books, loose leaf bound issues of the NUTSHELL and miscellaneous files of
information by topic. A fee of $3.00 for one item or $4.50 for two items for the United
States and $4.75 for one item and $7.00 for two items for Canada and all other countries.
Add $0.50 per item for items marked (HEAVY) for all locations.
Category 2 - Annual Reports and light publications of generally less than 100 pages. A fee of $2.00 for one item or $3.00 for two items for the United States, $2.50 for one item or $3.75 for two items for Canada and $2.75 for all other countries.

Pricing for Articles
Articles are 15 cents per page for members, or 25 cents for non-members. If you become a member now, you may purchase articles at the membership rate. Add postage of 50 cents for 4 or less pages, or $1.00 for 5 or more pages. (The number of pages in each article is listed with the summary of the article.)

PURCHASE ANNUAL REPORTS AND INDEXES
Annual Reports from 1991 - 1996 may be purchased for $11.50 per copy. All other Annual Reports and the Annual Report Index (1910-1974) may be purchased for $6.50. Add $1.50 to each non-US order to defray postage costs.
The Nutshell Index is Free to Members via e-mail attachment. Once downloaded, the Index can be viewed in Excel. A paper version can be purchased by MEMBERS ONLY for $8.50.
