This report describes the accomplishments of Georgia's Aging programs and touches on identified future goals critical to the development of service options. The Division of Aging Services and the Aging Network are working hard to put our plans into action. DHR warns Georgia's seniors to watch out for two scams - 02/16/09

February 13, 2009 – As the economy continues to decline and more people struggle financially, scams are on the rise again – including the resurfacing of the “Grandma Scam.” The Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR) wants older adults across the state to be aware, as many scam artists often target seniors.
