Well for Less classes are designed to be used with diverse and
limited-resource audiences. We teach a six-lesson core curriculum
customized to meet your needs.

the impact of nutrients on one’s health
Identifying
basic food safety techniques
Budgeting
wisely and menu planning
The
goals of each lesson is two-fold: 1) to raise participant awareness
about the importance of eating well on a limited income and 2) provide
tools for positive change in eating, shopping and food preparation
behaviors.
