Dave Beck, acting associate director for the weapons engineering and manufacturing (ADWEM) directorate, wears a chile pepper suit at a recent United Way representatives meeting. Beck is chair of this year's Laboratory United Way giving campaign. Beck is wearing the chile pepper suit to raise awareness of this year's campaign, which continues through Nov. 18. More than $300,000 has been raised thus far in this year's campaign. Next to Beck is Lucy Maestas of the Community Relations (CRO) Office.
