As part of a Laboratorywide effort to increase and encourage the use of purchase cards (P-cards), the Laboratory has doubled the per-transaction and monthly limits for P-cards, with even higher limits possible with division management approval.
Current holders and approvers of purchase cards can attend a meeting on Wednesday to learn about the new $5,000-per-transaction limit and the new $50,000 monthly limit. The meeting also will highlight the benefits of purchase card use for certain procurement transactions. The meeting is from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, in the Louis Rosen Auditorium at Technical Area 53.
