Northern New Mexico educator and musician Cipriano Vigil, center, sang traditional New Mexican folk songs and told stories, in words and music with his guitar and fiddle at Tuesday's opening event for the Lab's Hispanic Heritage Month observance in the Administration Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3.
