This is an update to the article Delayed herbicide options for emerged corn, published in the May 17, 2004 ICM Newsletter. Define herbicide recently received EPA registration for use postemergence in corn. Define can be used through the 5th leaf collar stage of corn. Define does not control emerged weeds; so, it should be applied either prior to weed emergence or tank mixed with approved postemergence herbicide products.
