The MWCA does offer to help coordinate and produce realtor trainings for noxious weed issues.  Becky Kington, the Executive Secretary, is a certified instructor through the Montana Board of Realty. Two different standard classes, Water & Weeds, From Ponds to Purple Loosestrife and Growth and Weeds, From Houndstongue to Horselovers, have been established as sample agendas to plan for these trainings depending on the area of the state the training is located and what the facilitator would like to focus on. Full day courses can earn up to 6 credits, while half day classes may earn up to 4 credits. Some points to remember:

• Please allow at least two months for the planning and course approval to produce this class.
• Half day courses run $30/realtor and materials are provided, while full day courses run $60 and lunch and materials are provided.

  The above listed classes give an idea of what can be offered. If you would like your class to address different issues or be more focus on certain weed topics, we can adapt a class to fit your needs. 

Half day courses entail noxious weed issues only while full day courses address another issue for half of the day, such as water and growth.

• Be prepared for a very interactive and fast paced class! We offer up great door prizes and practice "Death by Lecture" techniques throughout the class.
