Seed Testing
| There are two aspects to the program: one deals with the enforcement of the Seed Law (Title 3 Chapter 15), where official seed samples are taken from stores and brought to the laboratory for testing; and the second aspect is a seed testing service provided by the Seed Laboratory, where samples are brought into the laboratory for analysis. Revenues collected for service seed samples are put into the State General Fund. Labels on seed packages are inspected at stores throughout the state. This program results in quality seed being offered to Delaware consumers. |  |
