Plan for the real property interests of the Oregon Military Department (OMD) to maintain an autonomous viable state National Guard force. The planning branch ensures that a continuous framework is provided to support the Oregon National Guard (ORNG) and OMD's missions. This framework is in the form of the long-range plans, strategic plans and real property asset management. This is done in compliance with federal, state and local policy, regulation, and implementing guidance and in coordination with stakeholders and authorities at each of these levels.
