This website will assist you with business registration with the State of Oregon. Answer a few brief questions and the Central Business Registry will present you with the appropriate online forms to register your business with the State of Oregon, including a new:

• Assumed Business Name (doing business as, or dba)
• Oregon Limited Liability Company
• Oregon Business Corporation
• Oregon Nonprofit Corporation
• Combined Employer's Registration (for Oregon Payroll Tax Reporting)

If you are filing or intend to file as a Limited Liability Company or a Corporation, a separate Assumed Business Name is not necessary.

Our goal is to make more online services available, to make it easier for you to do business with the State of Oregon.
