Confine Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO) Program Documents

In 2001, the Oregon Legislature passed House Bill 2156, directing the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) to regulate all livestock operations to satisfy both state water quality laws and the federal Clean Water Act. ODA is revising the current CAFO permit to comply with this legislation.
