2008 Specialty Dinners

These specialty dinners are set in the living room of the Manor House and consist of a multi course dinner prepared by our chef and served by our professional banquet staff.

$40.00 per person

Portabella Mushroom Tartlet

Mixed Green Salad with fresh apples, toasted pistachios, crumbled goat cheese with a lemon-cumin vinaigrette

Entrée:

Grilled New York Strip Steak with blue cheese and chili peppers

OR

Oven Roasted Chicken with green apple chutney

OR

Vegetable Pot Pie with puff pastry

Sides:

Roasted herb potatoes

Fresh bean medley with garlic lime butter

Dessert:

Chocolate terrine with raspberry coulis

Three Cheese Pizza with white sauce, sun-dried tomatoes + fresh basil

Pumpkin Bisque with winter vegetables

Entrée:

Grilled Marinated Top Sirloin with Tequila-lime shrimp

Beef Wellington with a mushroom demi-glace

Prosciutto Wrapped Halibut with fresh thyme and olive oil

Penne Pasta with fresh vegetables, garlic, and white wine

Almond Cake with Roasted Cherries


Thursday, December 18 Comfort and Joy- 6:30 p.m.

$40.00 per person

Starter:

Florentine Artichoke Dip with grilled crustinis

Romaine  and Frizee Blended Greens with cranberries, toasted walnuts, white chocolate, and cherry vinaigrette

Entrée:

Grilled Filet Mignon with fried onions and red wine

OR

Stuffed Pork Loin with Spinach, crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions, smoked bacon and parmesan

OR

Rosemary Gnocchi with sautéed vegetables and cream sauce

Potato Duchess

Asparagus with Hollandaise
