The Board has developed two focused sites to assist its local government partners with waste diversion goals and with permitting, compliance, and mitigation issues. Please visit them to find more detailed information.

Local Government Central: Assistance for local government on achieving the goals of the Integrated Waste Management Act, from analyzing their waste streams to implementing waste diversion programs as well as tracking and reporting disposal and diversion rates.

LEA Central: A comprehensive site for local enforcement agencies (LEA), who have the primary responsibility for ensuring correct operation and closure of solid waste facilities in the state, as well as safe transportation of solid waste.
