admissions visits and events
Colby-Sawyer offers a variety of events, both on and off campus each semester. Most events are open to high school seniors and juniors, unless otherwise noted, and guests are always welcome. Click on the name of the event for more details.
Winter/Spring 2009 Visit Opportunities
Individual Campus Visit

Description: Families will take a guided tour of campus and then meet with someone from our admissions staff. Students have the option of an admissions interview. Please let us know if you have any other requests.
Dates Offered: Mon - Fri and select Saturdays during the school year.
Discovery Days

Who can attend: High school seniors and juniors
Description: Students will be able to attend a class, eat lunch in our dining facility with current students, take a guided tour of the campus and have an admissions interview.
See & Ski Days

Who can attend: High school seniors and juniors
Description: Students will tour campus, attend a class, and have lunch on us in the campus dining hall. We then offer students the option of a complimentary afternoon of skiing or snowboardng at Mt. Sunapee.
Overnights

Who can attend: High School seniors
Description: Students will go to dinner with a current student, take part in typical evening activities on campus and sleep in a residence hall.
Accepted Student Open Houses

Who: Accepted students and families
Description: Accepted students can pre-register for fall courses, experience a college class, tour a laboratory or studio space and
meet current students. There are also a variety of information sessions designed for both parents and students.

Junior Open House
Who can attend: High school juniors
Description: High school juniors are invited to start their college search with a visit in April. Tours, informational sessions and lunch in our dining hall provide a campus experience.
