ODA nursery research grant program
The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) in cooperation with the ODA’s Nursery Research and Regulatory Advisory Committee award research grants on an annual basis. Financial support for these research projects is provided through a research assessment included as part of the ODA’s annual nursery license fee. Grants are awarded for research projects and investigations directed toward the prevention and elimination of plant diseases, insect pests, and the development and improvement of cultural methods that are beneficial to the nursery industry.

ODA Christmas tree grant program
The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) in cooperation with the ODA’s Christmas Tree Advisory Committee award grants on an intermittent basis. Funding for these projects was made available through annual license fees paid by Oregon Christmas tree growers. Grants are awarded for projects that better the entire Christmas tree industry in Oregon.
