The Bureau administers the Plant Protection and Plant Pest Act, Nebraska Apiary Act, Commercial Feed Act, Commercial Fertilizer and Soil Conditioners Act, Agricultural Liming Materials Act, Noxious Weed Act, Nebraska Pesticide Act, and Nebraska Seed Act.
