Delta Wetlands is an innovative solution to California’s water supply challenge – a water storage project situated strategically in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta that will enable water managers to capture surplus water flows during wet months for use during dry periods.  After more than 15 years of study and planning, the Delta Wetlands project has proven its technical and environmental merit and has emerged as the most viable opportunity for storing more water in the state in this decade.
