North Dakota’s Newest Musical Star Shines at Marketplace Bismarck – Eight talented vocalists from across North Dakota entertained on stage at the Bismarck Civic Center tonight in the third annual Marketplace Talent Search. Following a sensational concert an energetic audience helped choose Robert Carter of Grand Forks as the winner of North Dakota’s largest and most exciting musical talent competition.Carter is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and now lives in Grand Forks where he is in the Air Force and attending the University of North Dakota. He sang an original composition entitled “Can You Hear My Tears.” |
