Enterprise Zones

Colorado's Enterprise Zone program provides state tax incentives to encourage businesses to locate and expand in designated economically distressed areas of the state. There are four enterprise subzones in Larimer County. Businesses located in an Enterprise Zone may qualify for several different Enterprise Zone Tax Credits and Incentives to encourage job creation and investment in these zones.

To determine if a specific address is within the Larimer County Enterprise Zone:
