About the Workshops
In ManagementExcel there are two kinds of workshops offered.
The first is Managing for Success (MFS).
This introductory workshop is the basis for Management Excel.

- Are usually three-days
- Focus on business management principles
- Use innovative teaching methods
- Include a variety of assignments and learning experiences
- Offer advanced workshops for graduates
- Encourage participants to learn from each other
- Offer educational tours for graduates
Our Workshops help business managers...
- Identify mind sets that limit their ability to manage
- Develop mission statements, objectives, goals and tactics
- Learn to organize people and jobs
- Apply basic management concepts and skills
- Learn how to recruit, select, hire and train employees
- Learn to better manage their time
The second type of workshops are referred to as Graduate Workshops.
These are for managers who have completed the MFS workshop and are ready
to learn more details about management.
