Mark Your Calendars for August 15 2009

Dr. Doug Tallamy, Professor and Chair of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology at University of Delware, will be at the nursery. Details of the day's schedule are still being worked out, but he will give a talk and be available to sign copies of his book "Bringing Nature Home". His book has inspired many folks to begin gardening with native plants, and his research has shown the important link between native plants and healthy ecosystems.
