Harvest

Each year the Manor House is open for two
free open houses - one in April to celebrate Mr. Kellogg's
birthday and one in October -
the month of harvest and an opportunity to celebrate his legacy of sharing.

Although the tours are
free, we ask that you share the bounty of the harvest by
bringing non-perishable food items for the local food bank. Last year we
collected over 700 lbs of food to be distributed by the Southwest Michigan
Food Bank.
The event goes from 1:00 to
5:00 pm and tours begin about every 15 - 20 minutes with the last tour starting at 4:00 pm.
The other units of the Kellogg Biological
Station also participate in the open house - please plan on
spending the day at KBS! |
