resources for students

Colby-Sawyer College provides resources for students in many areas of Academic and Student Life.

The Academic Advising program creates collaborative relationships between students and faculty/staff. The process encourages students to become more self-directed and take responsibility for their own adjustment to college life and academic expectations.

The Academic Development Center offers educational support for all Colby-Sawyer students. The center's goal is to assist you in achieving your academic goals through tutorial assistance in writing, reading, study skills and specific courses. The ADC also provides support services to students with documented learning disabilities.

For those students seeking internships, jobs, community service opportunities or career counseling, Harrington Center is a valuable resource. Visit the Harrington Center in Danforth Hall.

A Guide to Disability Resources assists students in learnining about resources available to them on campus and beyond, and to educate themselves about issues related to learning disabilities.

The Web site for International Students offers information about Colby-Sawyer's programs for international students, including the English as a Second Language Program, immigration issues, advising and more.
