Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) Program

Welcome to the NIOSH Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) Program.  The FACE program concentrates on investigations of fatal occupational injuries.  The primary intent of this program is to provide interested users with access to the full text of hundreds of fatality investigation reports.  The site also includes background on the FACE program-including the history of the program, a full description of the program, and contact information-as well as relevant links to other sites of interest.
