Turner notifying us of his acceptance of position as Program Coordinator and advising us that Dr. William S. Spicer, University of Maryland and Dr. Edward Stafford, Johns Hopkins University are Associate Coordinators. The statement on cooperative arrange- ment is also attached for your information. RM 00003 Northern New England Regional Medical Program.- A letter dated May 4, 1967, from Dr. Robert W. Coon advising us that Dr. John Wennberg is the Program Director. For the purposes of our operations, this post is the Program Coordinator. The Associated Medical Schools of Greater New York (pending application number 1 S02 RM 00058-01) has submitted a negotiated-proposal in response to Council's recommendation. The proposal is being evaluated and copies will be distributed later. However, I am attaching a copy of the letter of transmittal for your information because it designates Dr. Vincent Larkin as 'acting program director.
