Check out this EXCELLENT taped webcast from The Stewardship Network based in Michigan. It covers the biology of the plant and control measures, including good tips for better control. It takes about 45 minutes (with an extra 15 of discussion and questions) and is well worth the time. It also would be a good tool if you are using hand pulling with volunteers to educate them on the project.
