Consumer Research

This portion of the Fight BAC!® website features consumer attitudinal and behavioral research related to food safety. Researchers, public health officials, educators and dietitians (among others) can use this information to help validate food safety messages and approaches, develop new messages, help define target audiences for food safety campaigns, define parameters for new food safety research and, over time, to assess changes in consumer food safety practices.
