Keep out of reach of children. Caution. PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS. HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS. CAUTION: Harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling. Place bait traps in areas inaccessible to children and domestic animals. Do not contaminate feed or food products or food preparation surfaces, dishes, kitchen utensils and food containers. STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT: If swallowed: Contact a physician or poison control center immediately. Skin or Clothing: remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with soap and warm water. Call a physician if irritation persists. Wash clothes prior to reuse. Eyes - flush eyes with plenty of water. Call a physician if irritation persists. NOTE TO PHYSICIANS: Atropine sulfate is antidotal and should be administered only if symptoms appear. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is toxic to fish, birds and wildlife. Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: Not given
This product contains a carbamate insecticide which inhibits the enzyme cholinesterase. Signs and symptoms which may be seen, usually within one to two hours following over exposure, may include (but may not be limited to) headache, constriction of the pupil of the eye, blurred vision, excessive salivation or nasal discharge, profuse sweating, abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Convulsions are rarely seen in carbamate poisoning.

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read entire label before using. Use strictly in accordance with label precautionary statements and directions. Keep product in its original container. Do not contaminate food or feed. Store in a secure, preferably locked, cool, dry storage area away from heat, open flame and direct sunlight.

Partially filled containers may be disposed of by securely wrapping in several layers of newspaper and discarding in trash. Do not reuse any empty containers. Wrap securely in newspaper and discard in trash.
