EEOC Management Directive 715 (MD-715)
The NIH Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management has initiated the
process for the implementation of the new EEOC Management Directive (MD-715).
The following is the first announcement to the NIH community regarding this
Directive from the Director of the NIH, as well as a brief explanation of the
purpose and requirements of MD-715. NIH submitted its first Annual EEO
Program Status Report MD-715 in January 2005.
