Changing Blackberry Owner Information

Updating the owner information is essential when implementing a password on a Blackberry. When the Blackberry is locked and password protected the owner information will be displayed.

For all Blackberries:

1. Highlight the "Options" icon, click the scroll wheel.
2. Highlight "Owner", click scroll wheel.
3. Next to "Name:" type in "Property of the US Government", hit enter key.
4. Under "Information:" type in "If found, return to:", click enter.
5. Type in your business address, when completed, click scroll wheel and highlight "Save", click scroll wheel.
6. Done.
