Deadlines to submit material are as follow:
- January edition: January 1st
- April edition: April 1st
- July edition: July 1st
- October edition: October 1st
Page layout
- Paper size set-up should be set at A4
- Main font style preferred throughout the article, please set as 'Arial', 11 pts
- ARTICLE HEADING USE UPPER CASE FONT SIZE 12 PT BOLD
- Paragraph headings use lower case 12 pt bold
- For paragraph sub headings, lower case 11 pt bold
Photographic images
It is possible to include photographic material. Photographs can be processed and scanned. Pictures can be sent as negatives, positives (slides with and without frames) and as original pictures. The easiest to handle are digital pictures, which can be reproduced of a higher quality within the Newsletter. Please make sure that these images are taken at no less than 300 dpi otherwise the picture quality drops.
